Giving your clients more than they ask for
Giving our clients what they ask for is what they expect. To get them to be in a WOW mode we have to give them more than they ever thought they would receive. Perhaps you offer a service. When you have made your quote and the client has signed up for your service... 1. Surprise them with another valuable service you offer to them for free. Do that right on the spot. 2. Then besides the customary thank you card, also send them another valuable gift they can use right away. 3. When following up, rather than ask them for referrals, offer them a referral to a need you discovered when you provided your service. These are just a few things you can do to make a difference with your client or prospect that separates you from the rest of the pack. Happy selling, Ced Reynolds
